个人简介 | 黄日明,博士,研究员,博士生导师。先后毕业于深圳大学、暨南大学和中国科学院研究生院(中国科学院南海海洋研究所)。曾在中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院、中国科学院华南植物园工作,以及在英国University of Bath任访问学者。2016年以“突出人才”方式被引进到beat365中国在线体育。主要研究方向为(1)农(水)产品高值化、(2)海洋生物多糖/寡糖新资源挖掘及应用、(3)海洋健康(特医)食品。承担国家自然基金-澳门(NSFC-FDCT)联合基金、国家自然基金面上项目、国家自然基金青年基金、广东省海洋经济发展(海洋六大产业)专项、广东自然基金、广东省科技项目、广东省重点研发项目课题、广东省现代农业产业技术体系岗位专家、广州市科技项目等17项;已在Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry:X等杂志上以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文70多篇,以第一发明人获申请/授权专利11件;获中国商业联合会科技进步奖一等奖及三等奖各1项;指导10名研究生获得国家奖学金;兼任广东省农村科技特派员、国家自然科学基金函评专家、广东自然科学基金评审专家、广东省海洋经济发展咨询专家等。 | |||
