个人简介

王涓,研究员,博士生导师。国家重点研发计划课题负责人,广东特支计划科技创新青年拔尖人才,中国研究型医院学会细胞外囊泡研究与应用专业委员会委员,广东省食用菌行业协会第四届专家委员会委员。致力于食源性致病菌的危害形成机制、高通量快速检测及防控技术研究。获广东省科技进步奖特等奖(2021)、中国食品科学技术学会技术进步一等奖(20222020)、中国轻工业联合会科学技术进步奖一等奖(2022)、安徽省科学技术奖二等奖(2021)等。主持国家重点研发计划课题(2项)、广东省基础与应用基础研究重大项目课题等国家及省部级重大重点项目及课题。近5年以第一作者/通讯作者(含共同)在Chemical   Engineering JournalBiotechnology AdvancesCritical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition 等期刊发表SCI论文22篇(一区Top文章12篇,IF>10论文4篇,IF>5论文18篇);申请PCT专利14件,授权国家发明专利66件;取得软件著作权 1 件;制定行业标准1项。
