个人简介

郑倩望,女,博士,首聘副教授、硕士生导师,先后毕业于中山大学、新加坡国立大学,2016年以首聘副教授方式引进到beat365中国在线体育。现主要从事食用菌功能活性物质的构效关系研究以及食用菌精深加工,食品微生物污染与控制及生物防腐保鲜技术,近年来在国际权威期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,主持及参加国家、省部级等科研项目多项,负责研究经费超过200万元。
